Chicken liver parfait served with homemade chutney and toast

Pan fried fillet of seabass on a bed of pea and lemon risotto

Mushroom, spinach, walnut and sultana wellington served with new potatoes (V)

Rump steak served with peppercorn sauce, French beans and roasted new potatoes
